As a dynamic entrepreneur and creative leader with over 20 years of experience across a variety of industries, I serve as the cofounder and creative director of Turba Media—a pioneering generative AI-based platform that helps brands unlock Community Capital.

Additionally, I am the Founder, CEO, and Festival Director of Festival 23, a critically acclaimed music and arts festival at Lancemore Macedon Ranges.

Throughout my career, I have played significant roles in various high-profile projects, including serving as senior producer for Delegate Connect during the COVID-19 pandemic. I managed the planning, budgeting, and delivery of major conferences while scaling the organisation from 26 to over 130 employees. Furthermore, I contributed to a seed funding round that achieved the highest valuation in Victoria at that time.

I also co-founded and directed the Let Them Eat Cake Festival, the longest-running music festival in Victoria, which has been credited with innovating the festival format in Australia.
