A career in the entertainment industry has seen Matt Bonner wear many hats from major event management and development to producing for film and TV to band management and more. A dedicated and motivated professional with extensive experience in major event and project management with a wide range of skills and knowledge, including in administration, emergency management, leadership, and the ability to coordinate tasks and responsibilities through the end-to-end project management cycle. Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders effectively from various backgrounds and cultures Matt has a love of solving complex problems and is happy in both frying pans and fires.Matt met Effi though a mutual love of music. Effi was running an advertising agency that was struggling with media buying conversion for their clients; Matt was running festivals experiencing the same problems with their below the line advertising campaigns. They joke that they bonded over bouncing rates, but this conversation did lead them to search for a solution and Turba Media was born.
